The villa is located just a few minutes walk from the sandy beach, close to the villages of Almyrida and Plaka. It accommodates up to 6 people. The territory has a swimming pool, barbecue area, Wi-Fi and air conditioning. This is a great place for a perfect holiday in Crete. There is also a pétanque field, a terrace and well-tended gardens to hide from the sun.
The villa consists of 2 apartments. Only the first floor is rented. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine. Baby cots and high chairs on request. In the summer, the apartments are cooled with an air conditioner, and in the winter they are heated with central heating and a fireplace.
There are discounts for long-term bookings.
If you book for at least 7 days, the owner of the villa will make a gift – coffee, tea, sugar, coffee milk, wine, water, olive oil from the trees on site, orange juice and bread. It is possible to purchase products in advance at an agreed price.
All linen and towels are provided, including beach towels.
The roof terrace is closed for security.

Almyrida is a seaside town in the region of Apokoronas that is a favorite for both locals and tourists alike. The small settlement is half an hour to 40 minutes east of the city of Chania. It is a scenic coastal resort built on a strip of sandy beach that is lined with cute small taverns, beach bars and cafes. The whole village is packed with all sorts of hotels, tourist accommodations and holiday homes and is also packed with all sort of amenities like grocery stores, markets, banks, car rentals etc.
Recently the settlement has expanded upwards on the slope overlooking the beautiful beach. In the summer Almyrida serves as one of the administrative centers of the area of Apokoronas.
